These terms govern the use of DJShopItalia and purchases made on the website.

Products and information

The main characteristics of the product, the applicable price, availability and any options are presented on the product page and at checkout. In the event of an obvious material error in the published information, DJShopItalia may correct it while respecting the customer's rights and the applicable legislation.

Price and costs

Before the order is completed, the checkout displays the applicable price and any additional costs, including delivery costs where applicable. No optional charge is deemed accepted unless it has been selected by the customer in accordance with the methods provided at checkout.

Order and conclusion of the contract

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. The customer receives communications relating to the order through the contact details provided. Any subsequent inability to fulfil the order is handled by informing the customer and, where due, refunding the amounts paid.

Payments

The available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by specialized providers; DJShopItalia does not need to directly retain the complete card details when payment is handled by the relevant provider.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping conditions can be found in the Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery to consumers takes place without undue delay and within the time limits provided by the applicable legislation.

For B2C purchases, the risk relating to the goods does not pass to the consumer simply when the parcel is handed over to the carrier chosen by the seller, but in accordance with the applicable mandatory rules when the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a person designated by the consumer.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the time limits provided for by law. The operating conditions are described in the Refund Policy and on the Returns and Refunds page.

Legal guarantee

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by law. For new goods, the legal duration is two years from delivery, in accordance with the law.

Any commercial warranties provided by the manufacturer are additional and do not replace the legal guarantee.

Digital products and software

Specific conditions relating to supply, use and the right of withdrawal may apply to any digital content or products. Where the law requires express consent to the immediate start of supply and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal, these elements must be obtained before performance begins.

Promotions

Discounts, promotional codes and commercial offers do not limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers. The specific conditions of a promotion apply together with these terms.

B2B purchases

When a purchase is made for purposes related to a business or professional activity, protections specifically reserved for consumers apply only where provided for by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules and protections to which the consumer is entitled under the applicable legislation, including mandatory rules concerning the competent court.
