Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

For online purchases made by consumers, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery of the product, without giving a reason, where provided by applicable law.

How to request a return

Before sending any product, contact support@djshopitalia.it and provide:

• order number;
• customer's full name;
• product you wish to return;
• reason for the request if the product is defective, damaged or not as described.

You will receive the necessary instructions to correctly identify and process the return. Do not send products before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

For some products, an authorised logistics centre may be used instead. Any alternative return address will be communicated before the return is shipped.

Condition of returned goods

The consumer may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as they would normally be able to do in a physical store.

Where possible, the product should be returned complete with the accessories, manuals and items originally supplied. The consumer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping costs

For a return due to a change of mind, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated or agreed.

If a product is defective, damaged, not compliant or different from what was ordered, DJShopItalia will handle the case according to the applicable legal guarantee and will bear the necessary return costs where required.

No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds will, where possible, be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Refunds will be issued within the time limits established by law. DJShopItalia may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or until the consumer supplies evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

The cost of the standard delivery method originally applied to the order will also be reimbursed where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option are not refundable.

Defective products and legal guarantee

Rights relating to the legal guarantee for defective, non-compliant or incorrectly described goods remain separate and are not limited by this return policy.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases excluded by law, including, for example, made-to-order or clearly personalised goods, certain sealed products after the seal has been removed, software or digital content in cases provided by law, and other goods or services excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Where appropriate, the customer can return the item under the applicable conditions and place a new order, unless another solution is agreed with customer support.
