Shipping policy

This policy describes the general shipping conditions for orders placed on DJShopItalia.

Available destinations

A destination is served when it can be selected at the Shopify checkout. Any limitations relating to individual products, carriers or countries are displayed before the order is completed where applicable.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost applicable to the order is displayed at checkout before payment, based on the destination, products and available delivery method. The customer can therefore know the total cost before completing the purchase.

Delivery times

Any estimated delivery times displayed on the product page or at checkout are indicative where they depend on the carrier or the origin of the product. Unless a different deadline has been agreed with the consumer, delivery is made without undue delay and in any case within the limit provided for by the applicable legislation, ordinarily no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.

Tracking

Where the transport service used provides for it, tracking information is sent through the contact details associated with the order or made available in the order area.

Delivery address

The customer is invited to carefully check their name, address, postal code, city, country and contact details before completing the order. In the event of an error, please contact support@djshopitalia.it immediately.

Risk during transport

For purchases made by consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods remains with the seller until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, except for the particular cases provided for by law where the carrier is chosen directly by the consumer outside the options proposed by the seller.

Damaged parcel or delivery problem

If the parcel shows obvious damage or the contents are damaged, incomplete or different from the order, please contact support@djshopitalia.it as soon as possible, preferably attaching photographs useful for verification. This procedure does not limit the consumer's legal rights.

Delays

If delivery does not take place within the agreed or applicable time limit, the consumer retains the rights provided for by the applicable legislation concerning delivery and termination of the contract.
