Returns and refunds
This policy governs returns, right of withdrawal, refunds, and legal warranty for purchases made on DJShopItalia, managed by NEXACORE TECH DI LECA.
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers who make remote purchases can exercise their right of withdrawal, in cases provided by law, within 14 days from delivery of the goods, without needing to provide a reason.
The intention to withdraw can be communicated with an explicit statement to: support@djshopitalia.it or via certified email (PEC) to NEXACORETECH@PEC.IT.
Prior authorization from DJShopItalia is not required to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we recommend contacting us before shipping to receive the correct operational instructions and avoid delays in processing the return.
Return of Goods
After communicating the withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods within 14 days. Unless otherwise instructed for the specific order, the seller's reference is: NEXACORE TECH DI LECA, Via Cesare Battisti 1, 27055 Rivanazzano Terme (PV), Italy.
In an ordinary withdrawal, the direct cost of return is borne by the consumer, except when the law or a specific offer provides otherwise.
Condition of Returned Product
The consumer may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. They may be responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such verification.
Refund
In case of a valid withdrawal, payments due according to law, including the costs of the original standard delivery, will be refunded. No refund is due for any supplementary costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. DJShopItalia may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates having sent them back, if earlier.
The refund is normally processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded by applicable regulations, including, where relevant:
- custom-made or clearly personalized goods;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and that were opened after delivery;
- sealed audio/video recordings or computer software, when the seal has been broken;
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal, in cases provided by law;
- other cases expressly excluded by law.
The simple fact that a product is on promotion or discounted does not eliminate the consumer's mandatory rights.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Non-Compliant Product
The right of withdrawal is distinct from the legal conformity warranty. For new goods sold to consumers, the legal warranty lasts two years from delivery, under the terms provided by applicable regulations.

Professional Purchases
The specific provisions set out in the Consumer Code for consumers do not automatically apply to purchases made in the context of professional or business activities, unless mandatory applicable rules dictate otherwise.
